1. Is your website secure?
Heavenly Cotton’s website is very secure. Our site uses secure software and hardware to protect your information. The software encrypts the information you input before you send it to us to minimise the risk of this being intercepted after it is received by us.

2. When will my order be delivered?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of your order. If your order is received on a Friday it will not be dispatched until the following Monday. Delivery will then be up to 5 working days from dispatch. Please see our Delivery and Return section for full details.

3. What is the cost of postage and packing?

Bath Mats £2.50

Towel Bales £6.50 
Bath Sheets £4.95 

Next day delivery is not guaranteed. Please Contact Us if you wish to arrange next day delivery. 

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards. You may also pay by cheque although please note that the goods will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared into our account. Cheques should be made payable to “Jenor Textiles”.

5. Can I cancel an order if it is no longer required?
You have a “cooling off” period of 7 days in which you can cancel your order. The 7 days runs from the day they were received by you. We will refund the cost of the item without delay once the returned goods are received by us but are unable to refund the cost of postage and packing. The cost of returning the items will be borne by the seller. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for full details. 

6. What if an item is out of stock?
If you have placed an order and we discover that the item is out of stock, we will contact you by email and/or telephone to advise you when we expect stock to be delivered to us and offer you an alternative product or a full refund.

7. What are the washing instructions? 
Heavenly Cotton’s 100% Cotton towels can be washed at 60 degrees and tumble dried. Wash dark colours separately.

8. What do I do if the product is faulty?
Please Contact Us in the first instance using one of the methods on our Contact Us page to advise us of the nature of the fault. We will then arrange for you to return the faulty goods to you for which we will refund you the postage. You will have the option of ordering a replacement product or obtaining a full refund. Please also see our Delivery & Returns page for full details of our refund policy. 

9. Is the price inclusive of VAT?
All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT (but excluding delivery).

10. What is your privacy policy?
