We aim to dispatch all items within 72 hours of our acceptance of your order (Monday to Friday only). We do where possible aim to dispatch goods the next day. 

Delivery will then take up to 5 working days. Royal Mail cannot guarantee that items will be received the day after being dispatched although most First Class items do arrive the next working day.

Delivery may take up to 5 working days although many items will be delivered the day after they are dispatched. We will confirm by email the method of postage used and when we estimate delivery will take place

Postage will be calculated on the shopping cart page and therefore postage charges will be clear before you proceed to the payment stage. 


If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date. If this is no longer convenient, we will offer you a full refund.

International Delivery

If you wish to arrange delivery outside the UK, please Contact Us for a delivery quote and estimated delivery date. 

Pick Up Service

Should you wish to pick up products from our office, please Contact Us to make the necessary arrangements. 

Urgent Delivery

Please Contact Us if you require the goods on a more urgent basis and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

 

 

RETURNS

Unwanted Items 

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your Heavenly Cotton products. 

However, we do offer a full refund on all products returned to us within 7 days of receipt. This is in addition to your Statutory Rights. 

All cancellations must be notified to us either by email or telephone. 

If the product has not yet been posted at the time we confirm receipt of your cancellation request then you will be refunded in full (including postage).

If however, the product has already been posted then the cost of the item will be refunded but the cost of postage & packing will not be refunded. The postage costs of returning the items to us will be borne by the customer. 

Products must be in their original undamaged packaging and in perfect re-sellable condition. We are unable to accept returns if they are not in this condition and they will be sent back to you and the cost of delivery charged to you. 

We strongly recommend that you return items to us by Recorded Delivery, as we cannot offer any refund until the product is received by us. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post.

Faulty Items 

You can return goods at any time if they are found to be defective. In these circumstances, we will refund the cost of postage and packing in addition to refunding the cost of the item itself. We will also refund the cost of returning the item to us using the same method with which it was sent out. Proof of posting charges will be required.
